Knowing almost a week in advance the time that I would be arriving to puchase a used auto for cash and having arrived at the time anticipated, I sat in the lobby for over two hours waiting for the finance guy to do 10 minutes of work to take my check and credit card and sign the forms. That sure left a bad taste in my mouth. There was zero respect for my time. Justin was great. The wait for the finance was horrible. The message was that your time was more valuable than my time.

Howard the sales person is a great person to work with. He is honest and trustworthy I was little disappointed with the management for their nickle and dime attitude and charging $200 for the car cleaning kit that is always given at no charge.

I am very pleased with my car buying experience at Star Motor Cars. I was looking to move quickly and the team delivered. George Quintero showed me cars and explained the available options and the "bells & whistles" of the new cars. I selected my car on a Tuesday and picked it up Friday. Financing was relatively painless and wrapped up in less than an hour. Love the vehicle and still working to figure out where all of the key features are located on the new digital dash (where are the seat heaters, i know they are here somewhere?). Highly recommend the dealership and the service department.
