Mercedes Benz Service Maintenance in Dealership

For those looking into servicing their Mercedes-Benz vehicles, there’s two intervals you have to consider, Mercedes-Benz Service A and Mercedes-Benz Service B. Service A vs. Service B Intervals: How Do They Differ?

One of the most common questions we get asked from Woodlands and Houston customers is what’s the difference between Mercedes-Benz Service A and Mercedes-Benz Service B. That has to do with time intervals. It’s recommended that Service A occurs after 1 year or 10,000 miles, whichever you reach first. In contrast, Service B is recommended after 2 years or 20,000 miles

In terms of the actual service, both A and B are largely the same. Service B however requires a brake fluid replacement and cabin air filter replacement. Certain Mercedes-Benz CLA and GLA AMG® models may also receive an engine air filter replacement during any Service B support.
